Programme objective:
Enhanced human capital and knowledge base. The programme shall emphasise institutional cooperation and capacity building. The programme shall address inclusive education and contribute to the improvement of the situation of disadvantaged groups, including the Roma population. The programme shall address democracy and citizenship education and related topics.
