Our main goal was to develop a technology to utilize glass and plastic waste from electronic devices (TV, CRT monitor etc.), making marketable new products, as a result, which leads to decreasing amount of these sort of waste in the landfill. Our intention was to reach the highest added value by decomposing the electronic waste using environmentally responsible technology.  Considering the regional conditions, the appearently lower education level of the locally available workforce, we chose the concrete block production which is well manegable with the available labour after developing the know-how.  During development of the project, the following achieved: concrete-block factory detailed investment and building plans, works of product development and purchasing the startup amount of material for development works, developing the final criterias and testing and certification procedures of the final products, finished plans for concrete blends, built and installed the plastic-selecting system, the base material preparation equipments,   the grinding and chopping machine, built and got licensed the concrete manufacturing building and the final storage building. Completing all the abovementioned tasks, a new concrete-block factory got established in Tarnabod, providing an innovative, environmentally advanced technology for recycling glass and plastic waste of electorinc devices.
